Just wanted to say I am absolutely delighted with the new website. It looks amazing and the feedback I have had already is just fantastic. One of my instructors (the one on the main photograph) said she is ‘obsessed’ with it and loves it. The master trainer from Singapore also sent me a message this morning to say it looks amazing. I just wanted to thank you all for the hard work and effort you have all put in and when I compare our website with our competition it just leaves them so far behind.

Having already used Brookstone for a previous website and design package, we embarked on another journey with them unto the untested waters of a bespoke product design tool website.
Once again Richard, Karen and the team we’re superb. Although other competent web firms do surely exist, I am yet to find one with not only Brookstone’s level of technical expertise, but also their ‘Human’ factor. Always a phonecall away, Richard, Karen and the team were always there to explain details and give us frequent updates. No excuses, no jargon just always results and additional work they felt neccessary to do to see our dream met. And they were always happy to talk, which was so nice to have in this modern world.
Our website was not a standard e-commerce site you could throw up in a week, it involved the implementation of a production design tool which you would normally need highly expensive web development to obtain. Brookstone took it on in their stride and delivered on time and the best part, it actually works beautifully.
